MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Freshman Leonardo Mazzoni led the Memphis Cross Country team with a ninth-place finish at the City Auto Memphis Twilight Classic on Saturday evening. The men placed third and the women placed sixth.

Kenny Guy, Robert Randall and Benjamin Huey all recorded personal best with Guy and Randall finish in the top-30. This also makes it the highest all three individuals have placed at
the Twilight Classic from previous years.

On the women's side, Ann-Marie Braese and Reese McDevitt finished in the top-30. The four returners (Ann-Marie Braese, Brooke Doyle, Ava Beary, Cassidy Yaley) all set a personal-best during the Twilight Classic.
