Athens, GA - The University of Memphis Lady Tiger golf team posted a team score of 303 and move into a tie for 10th place at the Liz Murphy College Classic in Athens, GA. The University of Florida leads the 18-team field after 36-holes.
Auburn University is in second place, just one stroke behind Florida at 590. Host Georgia is seven shots back at 596 and is in third place, while Furman is in fourth and South Carolina is fifth.
Mississippi State's Anna Gretsson continues to lead the medalist hunt with a two round total of three under par 141. Lady Tiger sophomore Meaghan Francella is tied for 13 after turning in a 74 during second round play. Francella is at six over par 150.
