Digital Ticketing & Parking
Using them is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Download the Official Memphis Tigers app (Apple App Store | Google Play) and connect your Memphis Tigers ticket account
2. Save your tickets and parking passes to your digital wallet
3. Pull up the tickets in your wallet and scan at the gate

iPhone: How to Set Up the App & Download Your Tickets |

1.
Download and open the Official Memphis Tigers app on your iPhone.

2.
The mobile app may ask you to create a login. Click SKIP. This option is to manage app features and is different than to log in for your tickets.

3.
Click TICKETS in the bottom right-hand corner and choose MANAGE TICKETS.

4.
LOG IN with the email address and password associated with your Memphis Tickets ticket account.

5.
From the MY TICKETS dashboard, you will be able to save your tickets to your phone's digital wallet.

6.
Select the game to access your tickets and choose either ADD ALL TO APPLE WALLET to add all tickets for that game to your wallet, or below the individual ticket choose ADD TO WALLET to add just that ticket to your wallet.

7.
Click NEXT and then DONE in the upper right-hand corner to add the ticket to your wallet. NOTE: to add parking to your wallet, click ADD.

8.
On gameday, open the Apple Wallet app, select your ticket and have it ready to scan.
Android: How to Set Up the App & Download Your Tickets |

1.
Download and set up the Google Pay (GPay) app.

2.
Download and open the Official Memphis Tigers app from the Google Play Store and open it on your Android phone.

3.
The mobile app may ask you to create a login. Click SKIP. This option is to manage app features and is different than to log in for your tickets.

4.
Click TICKETS in the bottom right-hand corner and choose MANAGE TICKETS.

5.
LOG IN with the email address and password associated with your Memphis Tickets ticket account.

6.
From the MY TICKETS home page, select the game you are attending to access your tickets.

7.
Select the game to access your tickets and choose either SAVE ALL TO PHONE to add all tickets for that game to GPay, or below the individual ticket choose SAVE TO PHONE, then SAVE, to add just that ticket to GPay. If you do not have GPay, you will be prompted to download it.

8.
On gameday, open the GPay app, select your ticket and have it ready to scan.

How to Transfer Your Tickets |

1.
From the MY TRANSFER dashboard, select the game and manage your tickets.

2.
Choose TRANSFER.

3.
Check the box next to the ticket(s) you would like to transfer and tap CONTINUE.

4.
Select the recipient from your contacts or enter the recipient's mobile number, tap the screen, and tap REVIEW TRANSFER.

5.
Review the transfer and tap TRANSFER TICKETS at the bottom of the screen.
How to Accept a Transfer |

1.
When you receive a text message with a link to accept a transfer, click the link.

2.
Choose ACCEPT TRANSFER.

3.
You will be asked to either log in to your existing Memphis Tigers ticket account or create an account.

4.
Select the game to access your tickets and choose either ADD ALL TO WALLET to add all tickets for that game to your wallet, or below the individual ticket choose ADD TO WALLET to add just that ticket to your wallet.

5.
Click NEXT and then DONE in the upper right-hand corner to add the ticket to your wallet. NOTE: to add parking to your wallet, click ADD.

6.
On gameday, open your wallet app, select your ticket and have it ready to scan.

Q: Why did the Memphis Tigers move to mobile ticketing? A: Mobile ticketing protects the integrity of your tickets and prevents fraud and counterfeit problems that often accompany physical or print-at-home tickets. All season and single game tickets, plus parking passes, are fully digital and are accessible via the Official Memphis Tigers app on your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket! Q: Can I print my tickets from home? A: No. All season and single game tickets, plus parking passes, are fully digital and are accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket! |
Q: Can I screenshot my ticket? A: No. Screenshots will not work. |
Q: What if I do not have a smartphone? A: All that is needed is for one person you are attending with to have a smartphone to scan in all the tickets. If you do not attend with anyone who has a smartphone, please contact the Memphis Tigers Ticket Office at 901-678-2331. |
Q: What if my phone dies on gameday? A: Please make sure your phone is charged and ready for your tickets to be scanned. If your phone dies on the day of the game, please visit the Gate 3 or Gate 4 ticket booth. Please have your account number and photo ID ready. Assistance can only be provided if the tickets are under your name. |
Q: Is there Wi-Fi or Cellphone signal at the venue to download the tickets? A: Mobile tickets should be downloaded to your smartphone prior to the game. By doing this, you can access your tickets without needing any Wi-Fi or cellphone signal to access your tickets or parking passes. We HIGHLY recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet prior to gameday. This will prevent you from having to deal with any potential connectivity issues at the gate. |
Q: Can I have multiple tickets on my smartphone for entry? A: Yes, if your group is entering the venue together, you can have all of your tickets on one smartphone. You will simply swipe to pull up the tickets individually and scan. |
Q: What if I have a large number of tickets or parking passes and I want to issue them to my guest(s) ahead of time? A: A benefit of digital ticketing is the ability to manage your tickets online and transfer them to your guests electronically. You have the flexibility to transfer specific seat locations to one game or across multiple games. The recipient will receive a text with a link to accept and download their tickets. |
Q: Can I still transfer my tickets once I have added them to my digital wallet? A: Yes, you can still transfer your tickets via the Official Memphis Tigers mobile app or online at gotigersgo.com/myaccount. The ticket in your wallet will be voided once transferred. |
Q: What if I transfer my tickets to the wrong person? A: You can easily reclaim tickets if they have not yet been accepted by a recipient by viewing the ticket and tapping CANCEL TRANSFER. |
Q: What if my entire party is not with me when I’m ready to enter the game? A: You can send each member of your party a ticket individually by following the mobile transfer steps. |
