• Leila Dolfo began the game with a double to left field. It is her team-leading 11th double of the season.
• Heather Mott scored the first run of the day for Memphis in the second inning, scoring on an infield single by Brittany Gooch. The RBI is the fifth of the year for Gooch who extends her hitting streak to match a season high four games.
• Lindsay Kelso hit her 10th double of the season in the sixth inning to right center.
• Heather Mott knocked in her 25th RBI on a sacrifice fly in the sixth inning to score Lindsay Kelso from third. It is her first sacrifice fly of the season.
• Brittany Gooch stole her seventh base of the season in the seventh inning.
• Kailey Kassner had her five-game hitting streak come to an end in the game. Brittany Gooch now has the longest Memphis hitting streak at four games.
• Memphis is now 2-16 when scoring 0-2 runs and 4-12 when the opponent scores in the first inning. The Tigers are 6-19 when the opponent scores first and 2-16 when trailing after five innings. Memphis is 1-17 when out-hit by the opponent.
• The Tigers are now 4-4 all-time against UCF and are 1-4 in Orlando.
