T&F Meet Four: UAB Open and Invite

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Memphis track and field is heading out of state for the third consecutive week, competing at UAB on Friday, Feb. 7, and Saturday, Feb. 8.
The weekend will consist of two one-day meets, both hosted at UAB's campus. The UAB Vulcan Invite will be on Friday, and the UAB Green and Gold Invite will be on Saturday. Links to information and event times for each meet can be found above.
At the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational last weekend, Vincent Chenier broke his own school record in the Men's 3000-meter, posting a time of 8:08.32. Courtland Noble was another standout, running the best time in the conference this season in both the men's 200-meter (21.14) and 400-meter (47.23).
