Henderson Named to US Women's Futsal Roster for CONCACAF Championship

ATLANTA – Memphis forward Ashley Henderson was among the 14 players selected on Monday to the US Women's Futsal roster for the 2025 CONCACAF W Futsal Championship.
Held in Guatemala City, Guatemala, from April 28 to May 4, the two tournament finalists will qualify for the inaugural FIFA Women's Futsal World Cup, set for November 21-December 7 in the Philippines.
Henderson, a Memphis native who will be a junior in 2025-26, took part in her first training camp with the US W Futsal team earlier this month. In her sophomore season, she led the team with nine goals and added three assists to earn a spot on the All-Conference Second Team.
The US will open the championship against the winner of a play-in match between Honduras and Nicaragua (April 29; 6 p.m. CT) before taking on Costa Rica (April 30; 6 p.m. CT) and finishing group play against Canada (May 1; 6 p.m. CT). Broadcast information will be announced at a later date.
