A walkon, Olds made his debut Jan. 16 in a 73-49 American Athletic Conference win over UConn at FedExForum. Olds played two minutes against the Huskies, but did not score.
High School (Harding Academy)
Averaged 12 points as a senior and shot 52 percent from the floor. . . . As a junior, played on team that overcame a 31-point third-quarter deficit to win the Division II-A Tennessee state title 87-84 in overtime at Lipscomb University's Allen Arena. Olds scored 12 points in the championship game against Franklin Road Academy. . . Played basketball and baseball at Harding Academy.
