Tigers Round Out Fall Schedule at Mercedes Benz Collegiate Championship

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The University of Memphis women's golf team will compete in its final tournament of the fall when it travels across the state to compete in the Mercedes Benz Collegiate Championship Oct. 20-22 at Cherokee Country Club.
The Tigers are coming off their second top 10 finish of the season after taking ninth place at the Lady Red Wolves Classic in Jonesboro last weekend. Nutsanun Khamphueng led the team after shooting eight over par while teammates Emily Wilson, Claire Swathwood and Carla Van Remmen followed at nine over, 10 over and 11 over par, respectively.
The 899 final team score is the lowest for the team this season while their 290 second round was the lowest 18-hole round for the team for the 2024-25 season.
Competing for the Tigers will be Khamphueng, Wilson, Swathwood, Van Remmen and Garfoot.
Cherokee Country Club, the par 70, 6,742-yard course, will play host to 123teams over the three-day tournament. Sunday's start will be at either 9:30 a.m. or 11:40 a.m. ET. Live results can be found HERE.
