GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Memphis track and field continues their run of SEC meets this weekend, heading south to the Tom Jones Memorial on Friday, April 18, and Saturday, April 19.

Hosted by the University of Florida, the action will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday and conclude on Saturday at 5:40 p.m. Last year, World Athletics named it the No. 1 track meet in the world.

Last weekend, the Tigers posted six top-three finishes, highlighted by Vincent Chenier missing his PR by less than a half-second in the 1500m and Dejona Simpson posting the conference's third-fastest time in the 400 meters to place second.
