Three Tigers Finish in Top 15, Team Brings Home Fourth Place at American Athletic Conference Championship

SARASOTA, Fla. – The University of Memphis men's golf team finished out the week strong at the American Athletic Conference Championship placing three student-athletes in the top 15 for individuals and securing a fourth-place finish as a team.

Memphis, who finished 18 under par for the week, had its best round today going seven under par for the day with Cian O'Connor hitting a 67 – setting a new career best for him.

Individually, Andrew Baucum led the team at seven under par for the tournament and a share of 11^th place. O'Connor and Diego Lourenco were right behind Baucum at six under par and in 15^th-place. Yixiang Wang and Christian Morneau rounded out the team at one and nine over par, respectively.
