BATON ROUGE, La. -- Memphis track and field's penultimate meet of the regular season will be the LSU Alumni Gold Invitational on Saturday, April 26.
Hosted by LSU, the meet will begin at 10:00 a.m. and conclude after the men's 4x400-meter relay at 4:35 p.m. It marks the fourth consecutive week the Tigers are competing at an SEC meet. Heat sheets and meet information can be found at the links above.
Last time out, the women's relay team of Kameron Scille, Ivory Davis, Dejona Simpson and Gabrielle Cross posted a program-record time of 3:32.27 in the 4x400-meter relay at the Tom Jones Invitational at Florida. Jamal Mitchell (men's discus throw), Vincent Chenier (men's 1500 meters) and Gabriel Koletsi (men's javelin throw) each logged PRs en route to top-three finishes.
