Wilson joined the Memphis Athletic Department in January of 2024, serving as an Account Executive in Ticket Sales before transitioning into a coordinator role within ticketing operations in November 2024.

Wilson's current role is to manage ticket operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through season tickets, group tickets and philanthropic giving. Additionally, he is responsible for implementing technological solutions, improving service efficiency and driving engagement through innovative practices.

In his previous role as a ticket sales account executive, Wilson contacted individuals and organizations via phone, email and appointments to sell season tickets, partial plans and group tickets.

Wilson is a graduate of Kansas State University, holding both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Kinesiology. He currently resides in Memphis with his wife, Sage.
