Sullivan joined the Tigers in July 2023 and was promoted to director of analytics in July 2024. In this position, Sullivan oversees all scouting operations, including film, scouting reports and statistical analysis. He also oversees the equipment operations for the women's basketball team and serves as Nike GameDay representative for the men's and women's tennis, rifle and volleyball programs.
Sullivan comes to Memphis after spending the 2022-23 season as a graduate assistant for the Gardner-Webb men's basketball team. Prior to that, Sullivan was an assistant coach at DeSales High School from 2018-22.
Sullivan is a 2022 graduate of the University of Louisville, where he received his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
