Ries Wynn-Foster joined the Memphis Athletic Department in June 2026 as the Associate Director of Athletic Academic Services. In his role, he oversees academics for Memphis' women's soccer, softball and tennis programs.

Prior to Memphis, Wynn-Foster served as the Director of Student-Athlete Success & Support at Western Illinois University, where he led academic support services for Division I student-athletes, coordinated NCAA eligibility certification and developed programs focused on academic achievement, leadership development and career readiness.

Wynn-Foster was selected as a participant in the NCAA Effective Facilitation Workshop, a professional development program designed to enhance facilitation, leadership and student-athlete engagement skills among higher education and athletics professionals.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Western Illinois University. Wynn-Foster is a native of St. Louis, Missouri.
