MEMPHIS, TENN. - University of Memphis junior point guard Kalara McFadyen has been named Co-Conference USA Player of the Week after recording what is believed to be the first-ever triple-double without ever taking a single shot.

To show how unusual this feat is, the NBA and the WNBA have never had a triple-double recorded without a single shot taken by the player. The WNBA only has two recorded triple-doubles in its history.
Against Charlotte, McFadyen also came within just one steal of tying former Lady Tiger Shannie Garner's record of 11 steals against Missouri in 1991, and became one of just three players in school history to total 10 or more steals in a game (Garner in 1991 and Kim Duppins in 1980). With her six assists against ECU and the 12 against Charlotte, McFadyen has totaled five or more assists in 11 games.
