Up Next
Memphis wraps up its conference home weekend with a 1 p.m. (CT) match Sunday, Nov. 5 against Connecticut. The Tigers are holding a youth clinic (2nd through 8th graders) following the match.
Head coach April Jauregui
"Obviously, it was fun to get the victory. Our team has been working hard the last few weeks, so to see it pay off tonight against a really good Temple squad (was satisfying). Hopefully, we can take a lot from this match that can move us into the next part of our season.
Â
"We've made some adjustments the last couple of weeks in terms of mentality, toughness and playing for each other, and now, we're starting to see that on the court. We know the talent is there, but we're a young team, and we're getting better every day.
Â
"Brianna (Kadiku) had no hitting errors and our passing was really good tonight. When we can get her the ball, she can jump out of the gym. Kudos to our strength and conditioning staff for keeping our players' legs fresh and ready to play."
