Galizzi, Lashlee Earn American Conference Postseason Awards
Nov 06, 2025 | Men's Soccer
Galizzi was named to the all-conference second team, while Lashlee was a unanimous selection to the all-freshman team.
Galizzi, a sixth-year from Puerto Madryn, Argentina, is named to the American Conference Second Team for the second season in a row after leading all players in assists during both overall and conference play with six and four, respectively. The Argentinian recorded back-to-back two-assist performances against UAB (Sept. 21) and Tulsa (Sept. 27).
He was also one of only two Memphis players to start all 15 matches this season, tallying 1,024 minutes played.
Lashlee is named to the American Conference All-Freshman Team after leading all players in goals during conference play, finishing the season with five. His five goals are tied for 10th-most among all true freshmen in the NCAA during the regular season. The two-time American Conference Freshman of the Week scored in three consecutive matches and recorded a brace with goals less than two minutes apart against Temple (Oct. 18).
Lashlee joins South Florida's Nicolas Pierantonio, Missouri State's Harry Hogben and Temple's Luka Lukic as the four unanimous selections to the all-freshman team.
