T&F Meet Nine: Don McGarey Invitational & WashU Distance Carnival

KENNESAW, Ga. -- Memphis track and field will compete in the Don McGarey Invitational this Friday, March 28, and Saturday, March 29.Â
Hosted by Kennesaw State University, a majority of the Tigers will compete there while a few distance runners compete in the WashU Distance Carnival on Friday. Meet schedules for both competitions can be found above.
Memphis posted strong showings at the Ole Miss Classic and Bulldog Alumni Relays this past weekend, with Jazmyn James and Gabriel Koletsi bringing home AAC women's and men's field athlete of the week awards, respectively. Bryce Ravenell, Vincent Chenier and Meghan Porterfield each toook event victories, as did the women's 4x400-meter relay team of Kameron Scille, Ivory Davis, Dejona Simpson and Gabrielle Cross.
