T&F Meet Five: Redhawks Open

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo.– Memphis track and field travels to Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for the Redhawks Open to conclude the indoor regular season on Friday, February 20.
This one-day meet will take place at Southeast Student Recreation Center with Southeast Missouri State University as the host school. Field events begin with the pole vault at 3:30 p.m., while the 55-meter hurdle prelims will start the track events at 6:15 p.m. A link to live results and the schedule can be found above.
Fifteen Tigers will head to Missouri to represent Memphis: Zion Smith, Tianna Moseley, Natalie Albert, Riley Simmons, Meghan Porterfield, Poorna Raorane, Jazmyn James, Gianna Clayton, Cassidy Yaley, Brooke Doyle, Jonathan Grizzle, Darrell Harden, Tristan Robinson, Jamal Mitchell and Amir White.
Courtland Noble was the lone Tiger with a victory at the Music City Challenge last weekend with winning the 400 meters with a time of 47.72. Noble, along with Jacari Simpson, Kouto Anyika and Bryson Wilson, competed in the 4x400 relay, where the group finished in third with a time of 3:12.93.
