Played in five matches and drew one start ... logged 209 minutes in net … assisted in four team shutouts (Aug. 23, Aug. 25, Sept. 12 and Oct. 24) … posted a 0.86 goals-against average … made a season-high five saves at Kansas (Aug. 29) … also tallied a save against Little Rock (Aug. 23) and Southeastern Louisiana (Sept. 12) to preserve a pair of team shutouts. Â

Did not see game action … served in key backup role.

Ashworth Shepard started the first 11 matches of the season, recording a 6-4-1 record … recorded shutouts in four of the first five contests of the year, allowing one goal through that stretch of the schedule … finished the year with a 1.38 goals allowed average … that mark ties her for third in program history among junior goalkeepers … entered the match as an injury replacement against SMU and saved a career high 14 shots (Sept. 21) … was named the AAC Goalkeeper of the Week on (Aug. 21) and (Sept. 25), and was also named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll on (Sept. 4).
2016 (Redshirt-Freshman):Â
Appeared in two games in 2016 … saved all three shots on target she faced all season, allowing zero goals in her time in net.
