Junior (2004)
         An explosive leaper, Hardee saw limited time in 2004...Saw time primarily as a        reserve...Logged time in 69 games and 30 of the U of M's 37 contests... Finished her junior        campaign with career numbers in kills (97), attacks (277) and digs (52)...Hit .583 and        ripped eight kills in the season-opening sweep of Tennessee State (9/3/04)...Came in and        gave the Tigers a much-needed lift on both sides of the net, posting nine kills and a        career-best 10 digs in a four-game win over UCF (9/11/04)...Downed a career-high 10 kills        to help boost Memphis to a 3-1 win over UCA (9/14/04).
Sophomore (2003)
         Moved from middle to outside hitter prior to sophomore year, but played matches in both        spots while backing up the middle and learning the outside...Played in 32 of 36 matches,        finishing with 74 kills on 201 attacks...Named to the Conference USA Honor Roll and the        Tiger 3.0 Club.
Freshman (2002)
         Played in 29 of Memphis' 34 matches, including 81 of the 128 games...Downed 53 kills        (0.65/game) and hit .085 in her freshman campaign...Also posted 20 total blocks        (0.25/game)...Served up 10 service aces on the season, including two at Boston College en        route to the tournament title for the Tigers...Her first collegiate game was her best of        the season as she downed seven kills on a career-best 25 attacks from the middle, playing        in place of an injured Shella Neba...Her six block assists was also a career-high        total...Was one of two volleyball players and 19 Memphis student-athletes to earn a C-USA        Commissioner's Medal for having a GPA of 3.75 or higher...Was also named to the C-USA        Academic Honor Roll.
At Santa Fe High School
         Four-year letterwinner under Head Coach Anna Marie Milligan...Led the Indians to a 44-28        record and two area championships her junior and senior seasons... As a senior, was named        all-district, all-county and all-mainland Superteam as well as Santa Fe High School        MVP...Averaged 2.0 solo and 3.5 assisted blocks as a senior...Voted Most Talented and        earned all-district and all-county honors all four seasons of prep volleyball...Her club        team won the Tour of Texas title in 2001 and placed second in the Tampa National        Qualifier... Was also a Sargeant-at-Arms for the National Honor Society...Participated in        the high jump in track and field her freshman and sophomore seasons, qualifying for the        regionals each year.

         Full name is Kristen Jean Hardee... Daughter of Mary and Allen Hardee...Born March 23,        1984...Has a brother, Michael, and one sister, Jennifer...Majoring in Art Education...Also        enjoys movies and working with young volleyball players in summer camps.
