Up Next
Memphis returns home next weekend to host Temple and Connecticut. The Tigers face the Owls Friday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. (CT) and the Huskies Sunday, Nov. 5 at 1 p.m. (CT).

Head coach April Jauregui
"We have seen tremendous improvement in our overall blocking, serving and team defense the past week. We need to find ways to convert those plays into offensive kills and points. Our defensive effort has been great. The team continues to fight, and that's what we want to see – keep building, keep pushing, keep getting better every day.
Â
"We started off well today, but struggled to score late in sets. Today, we did not have an answer for Kia Bright, and she showed why she is one of the top attackers in our league. We put ourselves in position to take the first set, and that's how we have to continue to play. One thing is for sure: we will not stop working hard."
