INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Memphis (3-1-0) men's soccer team picked up a bounce-back win at Butler (0-3-1), putting five goals past the keeper Monday night.

The Tigers produced high-quality chances throughout the match, putting up a pair of goals in the first and ending the half up 2-1. In the second half, Memphis put the match away with its highest goal output since winning 5-1 against Northern Illinois in 2024.

KEY MOMENTS

2' – Less than two minutes into the match, Memphis put pressure on in the final third, with Thomas Mancuso finding Miller Lashlee, who turned and found the top-left corner for his first goal of the season.
12' – The Tigers continued to press as Keanan Bader stepped in front of a Butler pass, eventually leading to a give-and-go from Renan Syrio to Eben McIntyre for Memphis' second goal.
